Brewing Tips

Our Story

It started with a dog, a situationship, and a really good cup of coffee.

Ivy’s Coffee was born from moments that were a little messy, a little magical, and totally worth remembering — the kind that call for caffeine and clarity.

The name? Taken from someone who claimed he was just living with his ex (spoiler: he wasn’t). We kept the name, let the guy go, and turned the whole experience into something better — a brand built on loyalty, bold flavor, and never settling for less.

The first roast, The Goodest Boy Roast, was created to honor Loki — our best friend, four-legged co-founder, and the original Good Boy. Every cup is a tribute to the kind of love that’s unconditional, tail-wagging, and deeply missed. A portion of each purchase supports dog rescue organizations, because no good boy should be left behind.

From there, we created Revenge Body Roast — a smooth, confident roast designed for workouts, glow-ups, and anyone who knows that healing is personal (and sometimes a little petty).

We roast in small batches in upstate New York using 100% organic, single-origin beans — always free of mold, microplastics, and bad energy. This is coffee with stories, standards, and soul.

We don’t just sell coffee. We roast for better days — whatever that means for you.
