Shipping Policy

We know you're excited to get your coffee — and we’re just as excited to send it.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically roasted and packed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your location and order volume. We’ll always aim for sooner.

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and select the best carrier for your order.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges — but we always stand behind our coffee.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll make it right.

  • Email us with your order number and photos of any damage

  • We’ll review and send a replacement if needed

  • Replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different roasts, formats, or products. Please double-check your order before placing it — and if you need help choosing the right option, just ask.
